At Clinical Beauty, we prefer to use an award-winning, German-engineered, electronic skin-needling device to create microscopic channels in the lower levels of the skin to stimulate a wound-healing response and to accelerate collagen renewal deep within the dermis. The microscopic pathways also allow for enhanced penetration and absorption of hydration boosters and growth factors.

As this treatment is medical-grade microneedling, we ensure client comfort by applying a local anaesthetic to the skin for 45 minutes before treatment. The needle is set to 1.5mm to ensure optimum dermal and epidermal stimulation without damaging subcutaneous tissue.

We combine this treatment with repairing and calming near infra-red, 830nm LED light therapy,

Downtime: The treated area will resemble moderate sunburn and will feel warmer and tighter than usual, with uniform erythema (redness), and mild swelling.

Aftercare: Avoid saunas, steam rooms, excessive exercise or hot showers or baths until the erythema has subsided.
